“I would not have taken that action. The me from earlier? Not a chance. With that, my body is sensing it. I’m eating pretty good and I’m satisfied. Using flavours in food, herbs, spices, and oils is an alternative method to wellbeing. Not like it was in my twenties. It tastes better, is more enjoyable, and has more flavour.
